It is being developed as a user friendly way to control electricity consumption – and especially time-flexible loads, for example:

• Vehicle Charging (direct or over cloud interface)
• Home Heating
• Air conditioning
• Pool pumps, pool heating

Based on:

• On site renewables (typically solar power)
• Flexible grid tariffs (e.g. Agile Octopus, Tibber, etc)
• Grid data (e.g. CO2 intenisty)
• User preferences and priorities
